Our verification specialists personally contact each driver to validate essential information such as driving experience, truck type (including Chhota Hathi, Truck, Trailer, JCB, Volvo, etc.), expected salary, and residential address. All verified data is securely stored in our centralized database.
When a company or transporter reaches out with specific requirements — such as preferred truck type, driver experience, salary range, and job location — our system filters the best-matched profiles from our database. Our team then contacts shortlisted drivers to discuss the job opportunity and confirm their interest.
Once a driver expresses interest, we collect additional details such as their contact number and, if available, optional documents like driving licence and Aadhaar card. These verified profiles are then shared with the requesting company or transporter for final confirmation and onboarding.
