At Transopedia, we follow a secure and transparent driver verification process to ensure trust between transporters, logistics companies, warehouse owners, and drivers. Our verification workflow is designed to match the right drivers with the right transport requirements while fully respecting user privacy.

Our team contacts drivers to confirm essential non-sensitive professional information such as driving experience, vehicle type handled (e.g., Chhota Hathi, Truck, Trailer, JCB, Volvo, etc.), expected salary range, and operating location. All collected information is stored securely as per our Privacy Policy.

When a company or transporter shares their hiring requirements – such as preferred vehicle type, experience level, job location, and salary range – our system filters relevant driver profiles from our database. We then contact shortlisted drivers to inform them about the opportunity and confirm their willingness to proceed.

If the driver expresses interest, we share only the necessary and consented details (such as driver name and contact number) with the requesting company or transporter. Any sensitive documents like the Driving Licence are collected only with the driver’s explicit consent and used solely for verification purposes, never for marketing or misuse.
